HALAL POLICY STATEMENT

Maslaha Halal Certification Board Inc. is committed to upholding the highest standards of Halal integrity, quality, and Sharia compliance across all certified products, services, and facilities in the Philippines.

Our primary objective is to safeguard Muslim consumers and empower businesses by ensuring that every certified entity strictly complies with Islamic dietary laws, Executive Order No. 201, and the Philippine National Standard on Halal Food (PNS 2067:2008).

 1. Strict Sharia & Regulatory Compliance

   We ensure that all audited ingredients, manufacturing processes, handling, storage, and distribution channels strictly adhere to Islamic Law (Sharia) and national Halal standards.

 2. Supply Chain & Ingredient Verification

   We mandate full traceability of raw materials and ingredients, ensuring zero cross-contamination with *Najis* (impure substances) or non-Halal components at any stage of production.

 3. Hygiene, Sanitation, and Safety (Halalan Toyyiban)

   We uphold the principle of Halalan Toyyiban (lawful and wholesome), ensuring that certified products are not only religiously permissible but also safe, hygienic, and beneficial for human consumption.

 4. Continuous Quality & Audit Monitoring

   We maintain strict oversight through routine surveillance, unannounced facility audits, and regular reviews of internal Halal Assurance Systems (HAS) managed by certified organizations.

 5. Transparency and Professional Competence

   Our audit procedures are conducted with complete independence, impartiality, and professional integrity by qualified Sharia scholars, technical auditors, and industry experts.
